When you connect an email account, we access the message data needed to provide reply management — for example, reply threads from your connected inboxes. We access this data to operate the service and do not sell it.

We use your information to provide and improve MyColdInbox, to sync and display your replies, to support your team, to communicate with you about the service, and to keep the platform secure.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and infrastructure), under agreements that protect your data, and where required by law.

Connected email accounts

Connecting Gmail or Outlook uses OAuth, so we never see your password, and you can revoke access at any time from your provider settings or from within MyColdInbox. Our use of data from Google and Microsoft accounts adheres to the respective provider API and limited-use requirements.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
