Use of the service
MyColdInbox is a reply management platform for cold outreach. You agree to use it in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam and email regulations, and not to use it for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
Connected accounts
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the email accounts you add to MyColdInbox and to process the replies within them. You can disconnect any account at any time.
Intellectual property
MyColdInbox and its associated content, trademarks, and software are owned by Clustox LLC and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any ownership of our intellectual property.
Early access
MyColdInbox is currently offered in early access and may change as we develop the product. Features may be added, modified, or removed, and availability is provided on an as-is basis during this period.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clustox LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
